Join Alabama AER for our 42nd Annual Training Conference to be held at the beautiful Lake Guntersville State Park in Guntersville, Alabama on November 19-21, 2025!
Current AER members enjoy a reduced registration fee for this conference. If you wish to join or renew your membership and save $15, please visit the link below before completing your registration form!
Registration will close on Friday, October 31, 2025.

Room rate $154/night, plus lodging tax, city, and state surcharges, as well as a 4.25% resort fee.  Rates reflect occupancy by up to 2 people.  There is a $10.00 per person charge for each additional person. Rooms must be booked by October 19, 2025.

Event Participation
Please let us know which conference events you plan to attend so that we can provide an accurate count to the catering staff.
Additional Meals
If you have a traveling companion who is not a registered participant of the conference, then you may purchase additional meals for conference events for your companion. Please select any additional meals that you would like to purchase at an additional cost. *If you require more than one additional meal for any event, please email Marquitta Riggins, conference chairperson at riggins.marquitta@aidb.org.
